"The guys and gals at Yamaha of Byron are great! They are courteous and helpful whether you are buying or just looking, but they don't pressure you at all. They treat their customers just as great whether you're buying a $15,000 bike or a $15 accessory. It doesn't stop at the shop, when they see you out in town they are just as friendly as when you're in the shop. The service department is also top notch, do great work, and are very accomodating! This is the only dealer I'll go to in this area!"

Unlike the other dealers they were still interested in helping me whether I purchased that day or not. I found exactly what I was looking for, at a great price. "Okay folks, I said in my last testimonial that I would return to Yamaha of Byron to purchase a motorcycle, well.....I didn't! Instead, I purchased a MASTERPIECE !!!! A BEAUTIFUL 2010 Stratoliner S !! Sorry for the late testimonial Tom, but I have been BUSY riding!! I have already taken this work of art to have the 600-mile service done on it!! Thanks, Clint & Jamie for answering all my questions, and giving me recommendations on the parts and accessories!! "Hello ya'll, I'm Butch from the Stone Mountain 221 chapter. I hope ya don't mind the post. But a good Mechanic is hard to find. And I found one close too ya'll. I just wanted to let ya'll know that Frank over at the new Yamaha dealership in Byron, Ga is a top notch guy. I ride a 2006 yamaha venture and had some trouble with it and he was the only one within three states thatcould tell me what was wrong and what it was gonna take to fix it. I took the bike down there and they had it ready next day just like he said they would. He and his crew did a bang up job. It is a little bit of a ride for us but we are from Warner Robins and have family down there to visit. Both mine and my wifes bikes will go there to Frank from now on. So if you have to have something done on your bike you can rest-a-sure they will do you a great and timely job. Ya'll ride safe and may all your rodes be smooth. "

"WOW! I just cant say enough good things about Tom and his staff... These guys (and gals) are true professionals. I recently purchased my Adventure Bike from Yamaha of Byron and could not be more pleased with the people, service, and product. There was absolutely zero pressure from the sales staff and they answered all of my questions with ease. Once I decided on the bike of my choice, Tom stepped in and quickly took care of business. Tom gave me a great price on my bike and gear! I've been back several times since my purchase (propably too many) and I am always treated with respect and like a member of the family, they even call me by my first name. "I posted a comment in June right after I purchased my V-Star 950. The dealership was new and I had no prior experience so I could not accurately comment on anything other than a very positive buying experience. After two months, I can give the highest of praise to the Parts and Service Departments. I have now logged almost 4,000 miles and have made two trips of over 500 miles each. The bike handles and rides like a dream on the road. I have just returned from my second trip to Deals Gap (Tail of the Dragon) and logged over 700 miles on this trip. I am ready to go again! Tom and his staff are the BEST. You will not make a mistake if you choose to do business with Yamaha of Byron. In fact, I encourage you to look no further for your two wheel needs. "

"Hey guys thanks again. The ride home was great! I do miss having a tach somewhat, but the exhaust note from the pipes is good enough to know when to change gears though. Having the dual pedals for shifting is also going to take some getting use to, but I manage pretty good once I was able to find first gear out of you guys parking lot. LOL The handling was awesome! It really shocked me I was hitting the twisties pretty good on a road near the house. I guess I'll be seeing you guys really soon also to pick up the parts that are on order. Just give me a call. Thanks a million Chris for helping me get those LED's off of the Ninja as well it was hot as h-ll and you went above and beyond helping me with that. If I ever meet the owner he'll here about that for sure. As soon as I get those lights on the VStar I'll have to either take some photos for you guys or meet up with ya'll when the sun is going down to give ya'll a look at them. I think on the VStar I'm going to put them around the engine to light up all that good looking chrome. Oh by the way the WIFE loved it. She'll be up there with me soon as well to see about getting a helmet. Good customers get a discount right???? "By far the best staff and selection in this area. A very experinced staff that are not all about a sale but are about making a friend and future customer. I did research on the bike that i wanted to purchace for a couple weeks and then met Clint and Amanda and they told me to stop by the dealership to get a price so i did. The following week i bought a 2009 yamaha r1. David, Tom, and other members of the staff were very helpful with the purchace. Since then i have been dealing with the parts dept. and they are also top-notch.To sum it up for you, if you are looking to make a purchace on a motorcycle, 4-wheeler, or anything else Yamaha of Byron should be your first choice, it is mine. "

"This was my first ever motorcycle buying experience. I stopped in the dealership on Thursday morning and my first experience left a very positive impression. The sales staff greeted me and was very helpful but NOT pushy. Later in the day, I visited the dealer in Macon and found the showroom crowded and not well stocked with road bikes since they represent other manufactuers too. I had about settled on a used bike until I again stopped by Byron on Friday afternoon. I again visited with the salesman David Mullins and he was very helpful. I decided then and there I wanted a new bike from Yamaha of Byron. As a new bike owner, I cannot (yet) rate the service and parts departments however, I expect those experiences to go well when the time comes. I have no reason to expect less. My experience is what I would expect in dealing with a business is a small town. I didn't feel like I was just a number but get the distinct impression that, down the road, they want me as a repeat customer. GREAT JOB, Yamaha of Byron! You treat every customer like I have been treated and you will have a prosperous business with many repeat buyers."
